Pricing starts at $2,845/month for our 2-bedroom Rainier plan and $3,295/month for our 3-bedroom flagship, Cascades. Every home includes an attached garage and in-unit washer/dryer.

Two floorplans: Rainier (2-bed/2.5-bath, 1,674–1,728 sqft) and Cascades (3-bed/3.5-bath, 2,016 sqft). All include attached garages, private balconies, and quartz kitchens.

Arcadia is still under construction, so in-person tours aren't available yet. We're happy to share 3D virtual tours of the same floorplans and can arrange an in-person tour of a sister community. You can apply and reserve your Arcadia home now, ahead of your 2027 move-in — just reach out and we'll help.

Tacoma's North End on N 30th St, right on the West End border — minutes from Point Defiance Park, the shops and waterfront at Point Ruston, and the Proctor District, with quick SR-16 access to the Narrows and Gig Harbor.

Yes — up to 2 pets welcome per home, with Point Defiance and the Ruston Way waterfront right nearby for walks. Some breed restrictions apply.

An attached garage, full-size in-unit washer & dryer, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, central A/C and heat, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and 9-foot ceilings.

What do I need to qualify?

A credit score of 680 or higher, a combined household income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent and utilities, clean rental history with landlord verification, and valid photo ID for every applicant 18 and older. The application fee is $75 per adult.
